SHIPPING POLICY

NortheStar offers shipping throughout the United States and select countries on a Not For Resale (NFR) basis in countries where NortheStar is not officially registered, provided it is permitted and legal to do so. In the United States, it typically takes 5-7 business days to receive your product. In select International Markets, it may take up to 15-20 business days to receive your product. If you have not received your product, please contact support.

If you happen to live outside of the United States, please note that packages can be held at customs and delay transit times. All international orders are done at the risk of the customer. Any fees associated with packages that get held up by the local customs in a country is at the responsibility of the customer. NortheStar is not liable for Duties, Taxes, or other fees required for you to receive your package.

Carriers may vary depending on your location. If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, you must make a claim within 10 business days by emailing support@NortheStar.com

PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with your order, we will refund your order as long as it is within 30 days from the day received. There is one refund per SKU per customer. There is a $10 restocking fee for all items under $100 and a $20 restocking fee for all items over $100. Shipping charges and all product credits used on any order(s) are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount paid at the time the order was placed. A shipping label will be provided, and the cost of the return label and the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned orders.
